I offer two types of coaching: ongoing coaching and training plans based on specific types of events. Ongoing coaching is structured around monthly payments, while training plans for specific events are a one-time fee. In either case, you'll get detailed training plans delivered on a timely basis, unlimited email consultations, and phone calls or face-to-face meetings when necessary.

My current monthly rate for ongoing coaching is $75 for run-only coaching, and $100 for triathlon coaching. Clients who sign up for a 3-month commitment to ongoing coaching will receive a 15% discount on their fee. Please contact me for rates and duration of individual event plans.
